The Grande Family- Golden Family Photography

I first met Mia and her family last year when she was just turning one.  Now she is two and on the move!

She was a little shy, but my little helper George, the monkey, helped smooth the waters.  All of the kids LOVE George and if you look closely he makes it into a photo or two here and there. Whatever gets them to smile, right?

Look at those eyelashes.

It was a beautiful day in Golden and the leaves and water were spectacular.

This little girl loves her mommy and daddy.  Aren't they so cute together?

Laying down pictures are a great way to keep a little one still for more than 2 seconds.  And they love to play "night night" and then we yell "morning!!!" and they open their eyes and laugh.  Works every time.

It's no wonder that Mia is so cute.  Look at her gorgeous mama!!

I love that Kara always brings a pumpkin and Mia's costume to our sessions.  Her birthday is right near Halloween so they can kill two birds with one stone and get pictures of her costume at the same time as family pictures.

Mia was trying to show me how many "fingers" she is.  I love this age.

It is so fun to be able to compare each year.

It was so good to see you guys again and I am already looking forward to next year and seeing the pumpkin and costume! (This one is my favorite family picture...don't you think?)

The Sauer Family- Golden Family Photography

Remember this adorable family?

I love seeing the same families year after year.  I love how even though the kids are so much bigger than they were the year before, they still have the same mannerisms.  Little Ty used to put his little hand up by his eye when he was feeling shy.  He still did it at the beginning of our session.  He quickly remembered me though and I didn't see his little hand by his eye after the first few minutes.  So cute.

These boys are seriously some of my favorite.  They are so sweet and they love being brothers.  Most brothers (including my boys) love to be rough and tumble and beat each other up every chance they get.  But these guys loved to hold hands, hug and just be together.  It makes for cute pictures, don't you think!?

Hey Ty!  Peek-a-boo!  He is so smiley.  A little different than last year when he didn't really want to even look at the camera.  This time...he stole the show.

My gosh.  This guy has gotten so big.  Look at those big beautiful eyes.

These boys love their mom and dad too.

Lisa and Jason are like a match made in heaven.  They just celebrated 7 years of marriage.  Congratulations guys!

Once again, it was great to see you Sauer family.  I love you guys.

The Linville Family- Denver Family Photography

Sorry/Not Sorry.  I am about to overload you.

This session was PERFECT.  The family.  Perfect.  I have known them for years and I have photographed their wedding, babies, grandparent sessions, family sessions and so on.  So it is easy to say that I love this family.

Katie's style.  Perfect.  These colors are perfect for fall and they compliment each other so well without being matchy-matchy.  This is what y'all should aim for when you are styling your session.

The kids' behavior.  Perfect.  Seriously?  When does a 15 month old lay perfectly on a blanket and smile at the camera?

The lighting and location.  Perfect.

I finished editing this session in record time because I couldn't wait to see the finished images.

Let's start with Paige and Gavin.  They are darling and they are the best siblings. They help each other and totally dote on little Halle.

If we would have had a girl, we would have named her Halle.  So I am a bit partial to this sweet thing.  I mean look at this cherubic face.

And how can you go wrong with these two?  Katie....you are absolutely stunning.  And not just stunning, she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I love a big ol' pileup on a blanket.  Isn't it the sweetest picture?

Happy Dance!!

A little bit of summer was lingering.  It was pretty hot outside.

I hope that you all love these pictures as much as I do!  I love that these guys commit to regularly updating their family pictures.  Is it time for you to update your family pictures?  Call me!
