The Concilios- Denver Area Head Shot Photographer

It is always nice to do something a little different for a change.  Just the other day I was thinking I wanted to do more commericial and/or branding photography.  And then these two contacted me!  I love it when things work out like that!

I have been doing family pictures for these guys for years and we have been friends for even longer than that.  I am so thankful for their love and friendship over the years!

 They are both go-getters and always have something new going on.

Erica is one of the greatest people I know and she also happens to be my Arbonne dealer.  Which is kind of like a drug dealer because Arbonne is addicting!  They have great products that are natural and healthy for your body.  Erica has been selling Arbonne for a few years now and has been incredibly successful.  So some of these head shots were for her Arbonne business.  Click here to check out her website.

James on the other hand has his hands in about 1000 pots.  He is a jack of all trades and in his own words "I love to start businesses, it is my hobby".  What a cool hobby!  He has now started a company to help other people start and grow their businesses by harnessing the power of the internet so they see impactful growth.  Check it out here.

The Brainard Family- Littleton Family Photography

Downtown Littleton is one of my favorite places for photo shoots.  There is so much character there and if you walk around, there are a TON of different places with great, colorful, textured backdrops.

Pair that with one of my favorite families to take pictures of and it is a recipe for perfection!

I love doing pictures for this family.  They are just about as awesome as you can get.  I also love that the kids are pretty close to the same ages as my kids so there is some camaraderie there!

Aidan certainly has the model look down! 

Abby is just about as sweet as can be and is a wonderful ballerina.  All she wanted was a picture with these butterfly wings.  Wish granted.

And in typical youngest child fashion....Asher is a little heartbreaker.

Jeff and Christa are amazing together.  I love that after all their years of marriage, they still got it!!!

Wild Thing.....I think I love you.

Last year we did a jumping picture and so naturally we had to re-create it.  I got some really funny ones, but this is my favorite!!

 And a non-jumping one because who can resist a cool alley??

It was a little chilly during the session but these guys pulled it together and no one really complained!! 

Older kids and clothing choices.....it is a double edged sword.  I love that Christa wanted the kids to pick out their own clothes to be sure that they would wear them again after pictures.  They did a great job!!

And finally.....we had to get a picture in front of Inside Scoop.  Their favorite ice cream shop!

Katie- Littleton Senior Picture Photography

Last week I met the most wonderful young lady (and her equally awesome mom). 

We spent the morning wandering around downtown Littleton and it was an easy session.

I mean....how could it not be with a beauty like this girl!?

It was a perfectly beautiful day with light cloud cover which meant that we could shoot in places that are normally too sunny and bright.

Katie was a total natural in front of the camera and it was really hard to narrow it down to show you my favorites. 

When I was taking these pictures her mom got a little misty eyed saying how quickly Katie has grown up.  To which Katie looked like this and I snapped the picture.  I love it! 

Katie is also a three sport girl.  She does basketball, soccer and cross country.  When I asked which one was her favorite her mom responded for her by saying "whichever season it is, is her favorite".  I love that!

Isn't she just a naturally beautiful young lady?  No fancy make-up or hairdo just simply gorgeous!!

Congratulations Katie!  I hope you have a wonderful senior year and that you enjoy all the seasons of 

 sports this year.

Lynch- Littleton Maternity Photographer

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage.  

But before the baby arrives, the belly appears.  And there is nothing I love more than taking pictures of an adorable baby bump.

And this girl has an amazing baby bump.

You might remember these two from their cute little cupcake announcement session.  

Now a few months have gone by and their little girl has grown from a tiny little cupcake to a perfect little baby bump.  But seriously, Whitney, it isn't fair how cute and little your belly is even though you are only 3 weeks away from giving birth.

It is very obvious that these two adore each other.  I love seeing couples enamored with each other and I love it even more when those couples have babies.  It is just shows that the foundation of their marriage is strong and their baby will be raised in a loving and stable home.

We laughed and joked all through the session and had a great time together.  It makes the time fly and ensures that I get genuine smiles and expression.  

It helps that these two have been a part of my church family and helped mentor my son in the Jr. High at church.  Now they have moved up to high school and while I am sad they aren't working with the Jr. High any more, I am excited that we get to have them again in a year and for 4 years this time!

Look at Whitney's killer smile and gorgeous eyes!  And Brandon has the smoulder down pat.  Man these two are photogenic!

Urban sessions are always so cool because of all of the fun backdrops, but doing a maternity session in the city made me extra, extra happy!

Alleys are my favorite.

These two are perfection.  I told them to jump up into this ledge and they proceeded to do this.....AWESOME!!  Even better than what I had in mind.  LOVE IT!  These are my favorite.

I can't wait to meet their baby girl in a few weeks!  Stay tuned for newborn pictures.  Hooray!
