Mia- Littleton Senior Pictures

The class of 2018 has been amazing this year.  I have loved spending time with this group of young adults.

Mia is so beautiful!  Looks at those big, gorgeous eyes.

Such a small world in that Mia's dad and my husband have known each other since my husband was in 6th grade at outdoor lab and Mia's dad was his counselor.  How fun is that?!

It was a little bit over cast and humid for our session.  Luckily Mia has such beautiful, thick curly hair that wasn't bothered a bit by the weather.  In fact, it made it even prettier (if that is even possible).

I love that Mia wanted to bring her friend along for pictures!  Having friends along means having an extra pair of hands and someone else to help get genuine smiles!  Plus then you get the bonus of having some BFF pictures.

How cute are these two together?

All of her outfits were so well put together.  I loved them all!!  Way to go on styling, Mia (and Julie)!

I think this is my favorite outfit.

Mia is part Indian and I love that she wanted to honor her Indian heritage by wearing a Sari for some of her pictures.

Isn't this bright pinky-purple just stunning?!

I have always dreamed of taking pictures of an Indian Sari and I got my wish with this beauty.  Beautiful on top of beautiful.

Mia's grandmother always brings back a Sari for each granddaughter every time she visits India.  She did a good job picking out this Sari for Mia on her last visit!

It was threatening rain during our session and there were even a few thunder claps that made me a bit nervous, but in the end the sun came out and made for amazing lighting!

Don't you love this new/old blanket I found earlier this summer at an antique store?  When you first look at it, it doesn't seem like it would make a good backdrop but every time I take photos on this blanket I LOVE them.  There is something striking about the black backdrop that makes for unique and striking photos.

Thanks for a fun shoot ladies!

Mia you are stunning and I wish you the best of luck in your senior year.  I hope it is a BLAST!

David and Cheyenne- Littleton Maternity Photographer

You have no idea how much this session meant to me.  I love making deep and lasting relationships with my clients.  So much so that they become like family to me.

I have had the privilege of photographing these two for their engagement, their wedding and now they are adding to their family.  I can't wait to walk through the next year with them as they have their baby!

These two are so adorable together.  We decided to go up into the mountains a bit so we could get more of a winter feel and it was a bit icy.  But David was right beside Cheyenne every moment and made sure that she was safe and taken care of.

Can you feel the love between them?  I love that they only have eyes for each other!  They are so easy to photograph as they are just totally in love with each other.

Full of joy.

I love this woman.  She is becoming like a little sister to me.  I love that when we met to talk about birth photography and their baby's first year Cheyenne's comment to me was "as soon as we found out we were pregnant I wanted to call you first to let you know and to make sure you were available".  That made my heart so happy!

Oh how I love belly pictures.  I represents so love and promise of joy in the future.

Needless to say, you will be seeing a lot more of these two in the next year.

They are going to make wonderful parents.  They are so caring, loving and obviously completely IN LOVE with each other.  Which is the perfect way to bring a baby into this world.

These just might be my favorite ones.

Now if that sweet baby can stay put until his due date......  I am going out of town the week before he is due and I REALLY want to be there for his debut!!

Enjoy your last few weeks as a family of two!

The Bugoci Family- Lakewood Family Photography

I am so proud of this little family.

When we started these pictures it was 15 degrees outside.  Yes, 15!

I don't know about you guys, but I think that is pretty cold.

But these guys ROCKED it.

Not only that, but I LOVE pictures with people that are all bundled up.  Don't they look so cozy?

And these hats for the boys are to DIE for.

Their big brown eyes are so expressive...even when they aren't smiling.  I think they have been practicing their "smoulder".

Don't you just love their little rosy cheeks and noses?

How about a little brotherly love and kisses?

Look at this beautiful mama and her little bear.

After our session we figured out that this sweet family lives in my parent's neighborhood.  They live in the 7 dwarf's house.  That is what my sister and I called that house when we were growing up.  It is the cutest ranch style house with little peaked roofs and with scallops on them.  They have an open lot next to theirs and it is where I want to build my dream house!!  And then I could have these guys for neighbors.

I loved meeting you guys and you have the sweetest boys!  I look forward to our next session being a bit warmer.
